Rick Engstrom

Eric Engstrom, ASA, SR/WA is a Designated Certified General Appraiser licensed in CA and NV. He has appraised all real property types beginning with Loan Departments within large financial institutions and eventually as a principal role of various appraisal firms. Since the inception of ProWest Appraisal in 1992, “Rick” is and/or has been a member of appraisal organizations such as American Society of Appraisers, International Right of Way Association, Appraisal Institute and American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. Rick has experience as a team lead for government projects in the Central Valley of California.

Barb Engstrom

Barb Engstrom is a Certified General Appraiser licensed in CA since 1992. She has appraised all real property types including vacant land, apartments, residential and mixed use properties, commercial and industrial properties affected by eminent domain. Barb has held various positions within the associated appraisal firms including administration, training, marketing, finance, and appraisal reviews.
